Smoking Hats, also known as fez or thinking caps were originally worn to keep hair free of tobacco smoke, as ladies did not approve. HatsPeriod's smoking hats are created to provide stylish comfort for the wearer in addition to being warm, individual statement pieces. Each hat is individually crafted so no two are identical, but all feature quality fabrics (including silks), natural wadding and interlinings, and quilted interiors with our USP – Underside Secret Pocket. They are finished with antique, vintage or hand-covered buttons and an optional handmade tassel.
